1 tbsp olive oil, 8 cloves of garlic.

Add 3 red chillies and a handful of fresh basil.
15 oz. fettucine, 1 and a half tbsp of sea salt and 6 potatoes in boiling water.
Cook till al dente.

1 can of chickpeas, the juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp Tahini, 1 clove of garlic and a sprig of fresh parsley.
Add cooked pasta and potatoes to the fried garlic and sauce.
Stir until even. Add grated mozzarella or cheddar. Add some pasta stock for better consistency. Serve hot.
